This page is the cancellation button German law requires for paid subscriptions (§ 312k BGB). Fill in the form, press the button, and your cancellation is submitted. You will see a receipt with date and time. We then confirm the cancellation and its effective date by email.
A free account is not a paid contract. If you simply want to close it, delete it in the app under Settings → Delete account. If you prefer email, you can also cancel by writing to support@cotscreener.com.
Bought within the last 14 days?Then you may still have a right of withdrawal, which is different from cancelling: it unwinds the purchase and refunds it, instead of ending the subscription at the close of the period you already paid for. Since Paddle is our merchant of record, a withdrawal is declared to Paddle, and their checkout emails carry the instruction and the form. Section 8 of the Terms of Service explains it, and support@cotscreener.com will help if anything is unclear.
