What does the free plan include?
Every major market with this week’s COT Index, on the Markets page and on the heatmap. Three markets open in full: Gold, WTI Crude Oil and Euro FX, with their entire history back to 1986, every index window and the report table for any past week. No card, and nothing expires. The pricing section lists both plans side by side.
What does Pro add?
The same full analysis on all 360+ markets the CFTC publishes, rather than on three. On top of that: the deeper trader breakdowns, the four other analysis views, the screener, a watchlist, and alerts on any market.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get 14 days of Pro for free. You add a payment method when you start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise your plan starts when the trial ends, and you get a reminder by email before that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In the app, open Settings and click Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time, in one step, including during the free trial. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account carries on with the free plan, and your watchlist and alerts are kept for when you come back.
What happens after the first year on the yearly plan?
Pro continues month to month at $29€29 a month ($19€19 at the founding member price), and you can cancel at any time. We never renew you into another fixed year. If you prefer the yearly price, you can switch back to yearly billing at any time on your plans page. We email you before your first year ends.
What is the founding member price?
Pro for $19€19 a month or $190€190 a year, 34% below the regular $29€29 and $290€290. It is for everyone who starts Pro by 31 December 2026, and it stays with the subscription for as long as it runs, also when you switch between monthly and yearly. If you cancel and come back later, the price of that time applies.
Can I get my money back?
New subscribers start with a 14-day free trial, so you can try everything before you pay. If Pro isn’t right for you after all, just write to us through the support page. We read every message ourselves and will see what we can do for you. The refund policy has the details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle is the merchant of record for the purchase, which means it issues the invoice and handles VAT for your country. It arrives by email with the payment, and business details can be entered at checkout so they appear on it.
