Withdraw from your contract
Declare a withdrawal from a paid COT Screener subscription here. It works without signing in.
Vertrag widerrufen · § 356a BGB
This page is the electronic withdrawal function German law requires for contracts concluded online (§ 356a BGB). Fill in the form, press the button, and your withdrawal is declared. You will see a receipt with the date and time, and the same confirmation arrives by email.
Declare your withdrawal
What happens after you press the button
Three things, in this order. Your declaration is recorded with its date and time. Your subscription is stopped, so nothing is charged again. Your withdrawal is then passed to Paddle, our merchant of record, who took the payment and issues the refund — you do not need to contact them yourself. The confirmation email also carries a link to keep the subscription, in case you change your mind or the declaration was not yours.
The formal instructions on withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form, are on their own page.
A withdrawal in time is refunded in full — we do not deduct anything for the days you already had access. Section 8 of the Terms of Service and the refund policy set out how that works, and support@cotscreener.com will help if anything is unclear.
A free account is not a paid contract, so there is nothing to withdraw from. If you simply want to close it, delete it in the app under Settings → Delete account.
