Instructions on withdrawal
Your statutory right to withdraw from a Pro purchase, stated in the form the law provides — with the model withdrawal form at the end.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — LL Platforms UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Wuhlestraße 7 a, 12683 Berlin, Germany, +49 15679 817656, support@cotscreener.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare the withdrawal with our electronic withdrawal function, which works without signing in and confirms your declaration, with its date and time, by email straight away.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you for it shall be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Because Paddle is the merchant of record for COT Screener Pro, your payment was received by Paddle and the reimbursement is carried out by Paddle, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You do not need to contact Paddle yourself — a withdrawal declared to us is passed on.
Pro starts immediately after the purchase. If you withdraw, you are reimbursed in full: we do not claim the proportionate amount for the time before the withdrawal that § 357a BGB would otherwise permit. Your right of withdrawal runs for the full 14 days and does not expire early.
